You'd probably find A as an instruction in the troubleshooting section of a manual as this is telling you not to do it because you'd probably make the source worse.

B) This is advice/information they are giving you if something does go wrong and you can't repair or sort out the problem first. The assistance is there to help you if are in need of help, you don't have to call them if you don't need to.

C) Again this is also information for your relevance. It is saying that something may go wrong but it is not definite, Instructions are definite answers.

D) This is an instruction but you wouldn't on most occasions find this in the troubleshooting section. This would probably be found in the setup section.
