My RCA tube Tv is broken. I opened it and found that a piece that looks like a light bulb was cracked. What is this part called and can i get it replaced? Don't tell me to take it to a repair shop because I would rather do it myself.

what is the model # and if the part is on the pcb what is the part location #.the only part i can think of that looks like a light bulb would be a tube but it would have to be a very old set to use tubes.
