i shorted out a wire to the radio now the clock locks lights and radio wont work?

i know its not a fuse how much would it cost to get it fixed or how do you fix it

actually does sound like you need a minimum of one fuse.

locate the fuse box location and check to see which fuses cover the items that aren't working and replace them

will find that this problem gets resolved.
