Electronics Radio Energy
Using radio waves?

Although the energy is very low, it is possible to harvest energy from radio waves to power electronics. Does anyone have a site (or an explanation) that would show how to trap this energy. A schematic would be greatly aprreciated.

The amount of RF energy that arrives at an antenna is not low , it is EXTREMELY SMALL.

It is millionths of a volt.

So unless you can store that in a no loss cell or power a device directly from that (which you cant) then for all intents and purposes it is useless.

You would have a great chance of doing something with storing lightning.

At least you have a lot of voltage there.
